The best months to visit Tbilisi are May, June, and September. During these months, you can avoid the humidity, heat, and freezing weather that is common in other months.

Snow in Georgia makes it great for skiing and snowboarding. However, ski resort prices tend to increase. Therefore, you may want to book in advance to have the cheapest options available.

It is best to visit Mestia, Rach, Upper Adjara, or Kazbegi to experience the most snow. These areas begin snowing from December until April and usually have a lot of snow. Though, January or February tend to be best.
Tbilisi typically does not snow that much. Therefore it is not the best place to visit if you want to see snow. However, there are rare occasions when Tibilisi snows heavily.
Best Time to Visit Georgia's Mountains
Between June to August is the best time to visit Georgia's mountains. During these months, the temperature is hotter. However, the mountain areas have a lower temperature in July and August.

You may want to avoid visiting in September and October as rainfall can be unpredictable in the mountains. Moreover, the mountains tend to become snowy again during these months.
